Welcome to EduTopAI, an interactive AI and digital learning environment. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website and services at EduTopAI.com.

1. Scope of Services

EduTopAI offers three categories of offerings: interactive AI services, digital info products, and physical goods.

2. Interactive AI Services

These offerings include live AI-driven tutoring, coaching sessions, and interactive workshops. Fees apply per session or package.

3. Digital Info Products

This category covers ebooks, video courses, and other downloadable materials.

4. Physical Goods

Includes any branded merchandise or educational kits shipped to the provided address.

5. Payment Terms

All charges are due upon enrollment in a service or completion of purchase of an info product or physical item.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Interactive AI Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if less than 20% of scheduled service time has been delivered. To request a refund, submit a request via contact form. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten business days.

6.2 Digital Info Products

Customers may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided no digital content has been downloaded or accessed. Requests must be made through contact form. Once access is granted or content is downloaded, no refund is available except in cases of technical failure.

6.3 Physical Goods

Physical items are eligible for a refund within 30 calendar days of receipt if unopened and in original packaging. To start a refund process, use the contact form. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days of item arrival.

7. Transfer of Services

Purchased interactive AI sessions may be reassigned to another participant at no extra charge if EduTopAI is notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled service via contact form. Transfers are subject to availability.

8. No-Refund Services

Certain premium AI consulting packages and custom workshop offerings are sold on a no-refund basis due to the tailored nature of preparation. These options are clearly marked during checkout. By selecting these options, you agree that no refund will be provided.
